Jo Goddard
Founder & CEO
Jo has been a sustainability professional since 2007 and founded Green & Good in 2016. Applying the in-depth knowledge and experience she gained from her background in leading sustainability functions at Aviva and Old Mutual, Jo has worked with businesses of all sizes to implement sustainability strategies and catalyse climate action.
As well as leading client projects, Jo is a Council member for Heart of the City a trustee for Street Trees for Living, and a fellow of the Royal Society for Arts.

James Lumley
Writer
James Lumley is a corporate writer, executive ghostwriter, editor, trainer and strategic communications specialist with more than 20 years experience working in the City.
From writing thought leadership articles for senior executives, to putting together reports for major companies, he has handled it all.
Prior to working with Green & Good he spent ten years as a reporter, mostly at Bloomberg News, where he covered legal and regulatory affairs in London, Luxembourg and Brussels, before moving to Aviva plc where he worked as corporate writer for the senior leadership.
James leads on sustainability report writing and other sustainability communications.
Isabel Kelly

Isabel is our Purpose associate. She founded Profit with Purpose in 2015 as a consultancy committed to helping businesses build sustainable social impact strategies into the heart of their organisations. Her experience spans three decades working in not-for-profit and business, including Amnesty International and the Salesforce Foundation.
Isabel is also a Social Impact Industry Careers Advisor for MBA students at the SaΪd Business School at Oxford University; a non-executive director at TPX-Impact (formerly The Panoply); and a member of the board at The Big Give.
