We work with clients to develop effective pathways towards Net Zero. Here's how we do it:

 

  1. Prepare your data: we calculate your carbon footprint, including Scope 1, 2 & 3 

  2. Engage: meet key team members from across your business to best understand current and future plans

  3. Scenario modelling: develop target models and test reduction scenarios

  4. Target setting: use modelling results to set targets and timeframes 

  5. Financial projections: prepare plan and budget alongside your investment team

  6. Sign off: identify governance procedures for final sign-off
